International orders & import duty
Orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duty and local taxes, charged by your country’s customs and collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices or postage, and are the customer’s responsibility.
Each parcel carries a customs declaration with the correct commodity (HS) code and a country of origin of United Kingdom. We declare goods accurately and at the price paid — we cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.
Whether duty applies, and how much, depends on your country’s thresholds. Many destinations have a low-value allowance below which nothing is charged.

Faulty or not as described? Email us and we’ll put it right. Made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from change-of-mind returns, in line with UK consumer law.
